Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Kerrin earned her Master in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavioral
Analysis and obtained her BCBA to pursue her passion to work with special children.
Kerrin attended Georgian Court University for Psychology and earned a Dual bachelors
in Elementary education. Her career started in a public school setting before transitioning to private schools. She earned her Special Education Certificate from Georgian Court soon after.
She worked for a large non-profit company in Burlington County for nearly 10 years in
many different facets from the private school in an 5th-8th grade EBD
(Emotional Behavioral Disorder) classroom, a high school-based outreach program serving
students with complex needs from social skills to emotional regulation and as a
Program Director for a residential IDD program. This is where she fell in love with
Applied Behavioral Analysis and inspired her to earn her Master’s from Purdue University Global in Psychology/ABA.
Kerrin obtained her required BCBA certification hours working as an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and an ABA K-1 Autism special education teacher. She
truly loves working with families and transferring all the skills the child learns into the
home. She loves everything about teaching whether it is with her students or the staff
she directly trains. She has a lifelong love of learning instilled in her and passes that on
to everyone she encounters!
