Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Jisette was first introduced to ABA in 2012 while working as a paraprofessional within a private school setting for individuals on the autism spectrum, ranging between the ages of 3 and 21. After just a few months she found herself captivated by the field, but even more so, the learners. It was then Jisette realized she wanted this to be more than just a job; she wanted it to be a career. By 2015 she completed the graduate program at Georgian Court University, earning a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Since 2016 Jisette has provided home and center-based behavioral support to families throughout the area. Her mission is to capitalize on the existing strengths of the client in order to facilitate the acquisition of new skills. She believes that developing a plan tailored to the specific needs of the individual will bring about the most meaningful behavior change, resulting in an overall better quality of life.
