Jeanne Quinn

Jeanne joined Professional Therapy Associates in 2013. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology from Douglass College, Rutgers University in 1982. She then went on to receive her Master of Arts Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Trenton State College in 1986. She received her certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association in 1992 and her New Jersey Speech and Language Pathologist license in 1993. She also received a supervisor certificate from Kean University in 2006. She was PROMPT trained in 2009 and has been trained in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been employed in the public school system for 32 years. She currently works full time for a public school to addition to providing outpatient services to children after school at Professional Therapy Associates. Jeanne has worked extensively with children with Autism using the ABA and verbal behavior model. She has also worked with the nonverbal children and children with apraxia using the PROMPT technique. She has worked with children with a variety of developmental disorders ranging from mild to severe including children with language, articulation, and phonological disorders as well as communication handicapped, multiply disabled, hearing impaired, and children with her pervasive developmental disorders.
